Former Patriots cornerback Brandon Browner is becoming a regular presence on TMZ. That’s rarely a good thing.

The celebrity gossip website reports the NFL veteran was arrested in Los Angeles in May for cocaine possession. Browner was taken into custody May 25 for possession of a controlled substance and being under the influence, which a source told TMZ Sports was cocaine. The mugshot is below:

In September, Browner was taken into police custody for allegedly making criminal threats against a woman.

Browner, 33, was part of the original “Legion of Boom” with the Seahawks from 2011-2013, forming perhaps the best secondary in the league with Richard Sherman, Earl Thomas and Kam Chancellor. The Patriots signed Browner in 2014, and he started all 16 games during the Super Bowl season.

After a one-year stint with the Saints in 2015, the Seahawks picked up Browner again last year. They released him following the third preseason game.
