Tom Brady is effin’ pumped to head back to the Super Bowl.

In his postgame interview on CBS, conducted just moments after leading the Patriots on their overtime touchdown drive to outlast the Chiefs 37-31 in a classic thriller, Brady told Evan Washburn it was, well, unbelievable to return to the big game.

Brady forgot Washburn’s previous question, which he answered by giving shoutouts to his family. His euphoric delirium was radiating through the television like Washburn’s pearly whites.

This is Brady’s third straight Super Bowl trip and ninth of his career. But it’s apparent he’s enjoying it just as much, if not more than the others. True or not, it seems like Brady has embraced the underdog mentality, saying in his postgame press conference that the odds have been “stacked against” the Patriots all season.

Maybe nobody has declared the Patriots “suck,” like Brady told Tracy Wolfson last week, but he’s seemingly read all of the premature obituaries on the Patriots’ dynasty. And now, he’s having the last laugh.
