Tom Brady followed up his “F-U” performance with a verbal shot at his critics. In a brief postgame interview with CBS’ Tracy Wolfson, Brady indicated he’s heard Max Kellerman’s caterwauling about his impending cliff.

“It will be a good game. (The Chiefs are) a good team. We played them earlier in the year.” he said when asked about reaching his eighth straight AFC championship. “I know everyone thinks we suck and can’t win any games, so we’ll see. It will be fun.”

Brady picked apart the Chargers’ soft zone defense all afternoon in the Patriots' 41-28 victory, completing 34 of 44 passes for 343 yards and a touchdown. He made one of his best throws of the season when he connected with Julian Edelman’s fingertips for a 35-yard completion to lead off the fourth quarter.

Edelman led the team with nine receptions and 151 yards.

At the postgame podium, Brady was a bit more understated when asked about proving doubters wrong –– but it’s apparent he’s heard it all.

“I just like winning,” he said with a smirk. “I just like winning.”
