As the Celtics continue to dominate the headlines as Team USA opens camp ahead of the 2019 FIBA Basketball World Cup, Jaylen Brown and Jayson Tatum went 1-on-1 Monday at practice in Las Vegas.

Listen to your team news NOW.

Donning a pair of legendary Celtics numbers in 33 and 34 — Brown and Tatum channeling Larry Bird and Pual Pierce, respectively — Boston's budding stars traded fadeaways and turnarounds at the end of practice.

According to NBC Sports Boston's Chris Forsberg, the two played some rotating 1-on-1 with Miami's Bam Adebayo until Team USA coach Gregg Popovich intervened and pulled them off the court so they wouldn't miss the departing buses.

Brown and Tatum, along with teammates Kemba Walker and Marcus Smart, will represent Team USA at the Basketball World Cup beginning on August 31.
