Jared Anderson is a big time rising star in the world of heavyweight boxing.

The 20-year-old former two-time USA Boxing national champion and Golden Gloves winner from Toledo, Ohio, is also apparently a big time Patriots fan.

In fact, part of ESPN’s first boxing card since the coronavirus shut down all of professional sports, Anderson came to the ring Tuesday night wearing a No. 12 Patriots jersey – formally known as a Tom Brady jersey, this one had “FREEDUBB” on the back nameplate – and displayed a huge Flying Elvis New England logo on his loin cloth.

Not only did Anderson look good in the eyes of Patriots fans everywhere, but he fought well, winning in a technical knockout to improve to 4-0 on his young professional career.
