Red Sox pitcher John Lackey told the Boston Globe that he has an issue with the fact that Yankees third baseman Alex Rodriguez is playing while he appeals his 211-game suspension for violating the league's drug policy. '€œI'€™ve got a problem with it. You bet I do,'€ Lackey told the Globe. '€œHow is he still playing? He obviously did something and he'€™s playing. I'€™m not sure that'€™s right . . . It'€™s pretty evident he'€™s been doing stuff for a lot of years I'€™ve been facing him.'€ Lackey added that he isn't the only one on the team who has a problem with Rodriguez' status. '€œSure, we talk about it,'€ he said. '€œBut talking to the media about it is a little bit different. People have strong feelings. '€œHe took me deep the first time I faced him as a rookie, and he admitted to doing stuff back then. There are a lot of things I want back from him.'€ For more on the Red Sox, visit
