The Patriots locked up their first road win of the season on Sunday with a 38-31 victory over the Chicago Bears. The Pats are now 5-2 on the season.

Everyone knows it’s not easy to win on the road in the NFL, including head coach Bill Belichick.

Via Patriots.com, Belichick shared some thoughts to his team on Sunday's victory.

“Always tough to win on the road,” said Belichick. “Good to get one. Good to get 14 points from the kicking game.”

Belichick added: “Look, we’ve got a big division game this week, alright. Need everybody rested, need everybody ready to go. Let’s take another day off here, we’ll see you Wednesday.”

The Patriots are back in action against the Bills on October 29 for Monday Night Football at New Era Field.
