Terry Rozier is reportedly unhappy with his playing time, and there are seven teams watching him closely in the event that the Celtics make him available via a trade.

Bill Simmons of The Ringer got this ball rolling with a recent tweet about Rozier's diminished playing time. After starting at point guard and leading the Celtics to Game 7 of the Eastern Conference Finals, Rozier is back to coming off the bench and not playing as well as he did last year.

"Unexpected early-season Celts subplot: Terry Rozier (restricted FA next summer) has been unhappy w/ his PT all season, word has gotten around the league, and everyone now knows the Celtics need to trade him... which, of course, makes it harder to trade him," Simmons tweeted.

Then Shams Charania of The Athletic followed up that seven teams are intently watching Rozier, including the Phoenix Suns, who are described as aggressive in their pursuit.

The Celtics have gotten off to a slower start than expected, at 6-4, as they try to reintegrate forward Gordon Hayward into a crowded rotation. With starting point guard Kyrie Irving committed to Boston beyond this season and backup Marcus Smart signed for the next four years, Rozier's long-term prognosis for playing time in Boston appears dim.

He's averaging 7.5 points and 4.4 rebounds in nearly 27 minutes a game. He's shooting .394 on 3-pointers, but only .355 overall.
