In her new new book, Lessons: My Path to a Meaningful Life, Gisele Bundchen opens up about her marriage to Tom Brady and her family’s much-talked-about eating habits.

Bundchen writes she and Brady had not one, but two weddings, the first in Santa Monica and the second in Costa Rica.

The Santa Monica wedding was attended only by their parents, a few friends and Brady’s son, Jack.

The second wedding was Bundchen’s dream wedding.

“If I got married, it would be in nature, which is my real church, and the ceremony would be fun, beautiful, and informal,” Bundchen writes. “I would go barefoot. I would say my vows right as the sun was going down.”

She also got into her eating habits, which differ only slightly from Brady’s famous diet.

"Our family's diet has evolved to be a whole-food, plant-based diet that ideally emphasizes organic and local ingredients, including raw or lightly steamed vegetables, fruits, legumes, and whole grains, with the occasional small piece of meat or seafood added into the mix," she explains. She also writes they are "mostly" gluten-free, but not "100 percent dairy free."

And she does eat strawberries, while her husband notoriously hates them.

"Nothing beats the sweetness of a strawberry in June (even if Tom would disagree with me)."

On Brady himself, Bundchen said he "is someone you can count on. It's a quality I hadn't experienced in any of my other romantic relationships. I love my husband – and most of all, I trust him. With Tom, who provides our family with a stable foundation, I'm able to create a home."

She writes that they "complement each other.”

"My husband is rational, analytical, and a man of few words. I'm emotional, intuitive, changeable, and a woman of many words. I've learned a lot from Tom."

Bundchen appeared on Good Morning America on Tuesday to promote the book.

In the interview, she described how she explained the concept of celebrity to her son, Benny.

“I said, ‘You know, a celebrity is -- is simply someone that has a job that is more public than other jobs,’” Bündchen told Robin Roberts. “‘You know, everyone likes sports -- they like to go see sports -- and daddy is in the team. He’s part of the team, and then they go and cheer, and that’s televised and then more people that live in Boston can see it.’”
