AROUND THE WEB:

-- The Patriots honored the World Series champion Red Sox on Sunday night before playing the Packers and Brock Holt took the opportunity to ask Bill Belichick about his fashion choice.

While speaking with Belichick before the game, Holt looked at the coach’s shorts and asked, “You gonna put pants on?”

Since it was a 40-degree evening, Belichick said yes as Alex Cora laughed.

“Nice, man, pleasure,” Holt then said. “Good to meet you, man, thanks for having us.”

Holt also shared a handshake with Tom Brady.

-- The Red Sox weren’t the only stars at Gillette, as 50 Cent was also in the house Sunday night.

The rapper hung out with Robert Kraft at the game and posted a throwback picture with the Patriots owner in Budapest on his Instagram.

QUOTE OF THE DAY: "It was awesome to do and Sweet Feet, making plays left and right. It was good to throw it to him because you knew you were going to get some yards, keep the stat line up.” -- Julian Edelman, on the double-pass play in the Patriots’ win over the Packers on Sunday night
