-- The Jets picked up their first win of the season on Sunday over the Cowboys and it’s a big confidence boost as they get ready to take on the Patriots next Monday.

Sam Darnold returned to the field for New York in the win after recovering from mononucleosis and said he is looking forward to facing an undefeated New England team.

“Perfect,” Darnold said when asked how he feels about the upcoming matchup. “I wouldn’t want it any other way. I want to play the best. It’s great.”

-- Rob Gronkowski was back on the football field this weekend when he took over New Era Field for his family’s Stadium Blitz event

The first Stadium Blitz in an NFL Stadium is complete ✔️! Team Gronk Bros crushed it ---- The obstacles are the best part- I’ll be training on the swings from now until Oct. 26th in Tampa with full on activation!!!

The Gronk Fitness event allows children and adults to choose their own adventure on the course and get exercise while having fun.

"To see the stadium like this and then to see all the runners going up and down, everyone running, getting all this exercise, going up the A-frame right there and doing the course, the obstacles," Gronkowski said. "It's actually very special and it's really neat to see."

What an amazing race! @stadiumblitz in Buffalo, NY was a hit! . It was freezing out but we had to get one pic in with our shirts off in true Buffalo fashion. . . That was a challenge, I was ready for all the running but that still was hard. Finished in 35 mins and finished every obstacle... so you know what that means, right?! . Official champ of the bros! Dan put up a nice fight and finished the course in a faster time than me but skipped two obstacles. . This is a point based race and after the race it looks like I finished top 10. Not bad for my first ever obstacle course race. . Thank you to everyone that came out! Everyone was amazing and so much fun to be around. . What makes this event amazing is that it is for ages 7 and up and is just an amazing experience to check out your favorite teams stadium. . I was at the top of new Era Stadium, and I was dead tired but it was still cool to look over and see Niagara Falls. . Next event is in two weeks in Tampa at Raymond James stadium! Who is coming?! . . #ocrracing #stadiumblitz #ocr #raceday #newerastadium #billsmafia #buffalostyle #gronknation #gronkowski #gronkfitness #fitfam #fitfamily #fitlife #fitnesslifestyle

When I went into this I didn’t know what to expect . This was exhilarating, challenging, and extremely rewarding to cross this finish line. 15 obstacles between a 5k throughout an entire football stadium ( that’s a whole lot of stairs --) and an electric environment of community, music and racing under the stadium lights ✨-- what a NIGHT! @stadiumblitz I’m training for the next one after I recover from this one -- shoutout to everyone who came out and conquered this course for the first ever!

QUOTE OF THE DAY: “I’m just happy for him. He’s a good dude. Good player to be around. He always brings positive energy, lifts guys up. Even when he doesn’t play, he always communicates with us. Really good locker room guy. He’s always standing up and cheering for his teammates. It’s always nice to see Tacko next to you.” -- Enes Kanter, on Tacko Fall
