The Red Sox and the Boston Beer Company announced a new partnership on Tuesday making Samuel Adams the official beer of the team.

In the the multi-year partnership deal, the Red Sox will carry Samuel Adams beer in Fenway Park and display the company’s signage throughout the park.

The right field roof deck will also be renamed the "Sam Deck" and a bar underneath the third base stands will be named "Sammy's On Third."

"We got our start right here in Boston, and for the past three decades we’ve worked our butts off to stay independent and brew great beer," Boston Beer Company founder Jim Koch said in a statement. "As the official beer of the Red Sox, we get to celebrate our New England roots with millions of other fans as soon as the season kicks off."

"We are excited for this long-term partnership,” Red Sox president and CEO Sam Kennedy said. “And look forward to working collaboratively to represent Boston through our two brands.”
