-- Paul Pierce and Danny Amendola have already made fun of Julian Edelman’s arrest on Instagram and now Tom Brady has added his own jab.

Brady posted a photo to his story this week of a bottle of TB12 electrolytes and said, “@edelman11 it sounds like you need some of this.”

Edelman was arrested for vandalism in Beverly Hills on Saturday night after he jumped on the hood of a Mercedes.

-- The Hollywood, Fla. police department is returning a donation from Antonio Brown after responding to his live-streamed domestic incident on Monday.

“We made the decision to sever ties between Mr. Brown and the Hollywood Police Athletic League,” public information officer Christian Lata said in a statement. “We did not want our youth to be subject to this type of behavior nor emulate the actions of Mr. Brown … These incidents have caused an irreparable rift between the Police Department and PAL and Mr. Brown."

Brown’s donation to the 7-on-7 league was returned on Jan. 9.

QUOTE OF THE DAY: "I think it’s clear we’re going to honor the Commissioner’s directive to not speak about the investigation. But it’s also important to recognize that this collective decision yesterday was related exclusively to the incidents that took place in Houston. The other thing I’d add is the organization is well aware of the rules and communicated those to our uniformed personnel and front office staff, but that’s as far as we’ll go in terms of talking about anything related to Boston." -- Red Sox president and CEO Sam Kennedy, on parting ways with Alex Cora
