-- Pedro Martinez became emotional on Monday night while talking about his good friend and former teammate, David Ortiz, who was shot in the Dominican Republic on Sunday.

"I don't have enough words to describe who David is, what David means to baseball," Martinez said. "But I'm so disappointed to know that someone like David, who saved so many lives, can have someone after his life... It hurts me, it hurts me."

Martinez and Ortiz were Red Sox teammates when Boston won the World Series in 2004.

After the shooting, Martinez tweeted a message to Ortiz.

-- The Warriors beat the Raptors 106-105 in Game 5 of the NBA Finals and Drake was once again on the sideline and, once again, took some of the spotlight from the players.

The rapper was seen belting out O Canada along with the crowd and national anthem singer.

Drake then consoled Kevin Durant during the game as Durant walked off the court with an injury.

And he was not happy when the Raptors ended up losing.

QUOTE OF THE DAY: “With David, we know what type of player he was, but we know what type of person he is and if he was that good as a player. As a person, he’s way, way better than that. That’s who David is." -- Alex Cora, on David Ortiz
