MLB: Minnesota at Boston, 7:10 p.m. (NESN, WEEI)

-- Justin Verlander threw the third no-hitter of his career on Sunday and Tom Brady posted a congratulatory message on Instagram.

“Incredible,” Brady wrote, along with two clapping emojis.

Verlander is just the sixth pitcher in MLB history to throw three no-hitters.

-- A Mass. farm is paying tribute to Rob Gronkowski’s NFL career with a corn maze shaped like the retired Patriot.

West End Creamery in Whitinsville shared the design on its Facebook page just in time for fall.

"What an a-maize-ing person you are on and off the field, Gronk, and it’s been so fun to watch you play!" the post reads. "Together with Pats fans everywhere, we are sad to see you retire, and wish you all the best! We will miss you this season!"

The maze shows Gronkowski’s signature football spike with the words "Thanks Gronk!" and "Go Pats!"

QUOTE OF THE DAY: “A roller coaster. Ups and downs. But it ended on an up. I’m happy to be here. That’s pretty much the way I look at it. It was the best phone call of my life, man. It was awesome. It put a smile right on my face. I was just happy to know I have a job. Ready to go to work.” -- Gunner Olszewski, after his first official practice as a Patriot
