-- Shortly after Tom Brady skirted a question about what number he will wear with the Buccaneers during his introductory press call, the team’s store began selling Brady No. 12 jerseys.

The Buccaneers have yet to reveal their 2020 jerseys and have put plain white and black Brady ones up for sale.

Tampa Bay receiver Chris Godwin currently wears No. 12 but has said he will give it to Brady should he want to keep it.

Brady Buccaneers bobbleheads are also on sale, but do not include a jersey number.

-- Meanwhile back with the Patriots, Julian Edelman posted a photo of himself in a Patriots uniform with a caption suggesting he will be in New England for a while.

“Foxborough forever,” Edelman captioned the picture, which Brady liked from his account.

QUOTE OF THE DAY: “I have had the privilege of coaching some of the best specialists in the NFL and Stephen Gostkowski is one of them. Stephen had many highlights over his 14 years as a Patriot and one of the most impressive was the way it began, when he succeeded the most accomplished kicker in NFL history.” -- Bill Belichick, in his statement on Rob Gronkowski
