-- The Jets might want to take Larry David seriously when he gives them advice from now on.

David, a huge Jets fan, joined the Michael Kay Show on Tuesday and said he advised the team to take Lamar Jackson in the 2018 NFL Draft but they didn’t listen to him.

“I did call (GM) Mike Maccagnan before the 2018 draft and I recommended that he draft Lamar Jackson,” the comedian said. “I have a witness. He kinda gave me the most condescending ... he laughed at me. But who can blame him? Nobody thought Jackson was going to be good."

Nobody thought Seinfeld was going to be good at first either and look how that turned out.

-- N’Keal Harry thanked Patriots Nation for their "constant support" in a tweet this week following the season-ending loss to the Titans on Saturday.

“Not the way we wanted it to end, but just wanted to say thank you to Pats Nation and all the people who showed constant support. I’ll continue to pour my heart and soul into this game day in and day out. Onto 2020,” Harry tweeted, along with a picture of himself greeting a group of fans.

Harry finished his first NFL season with 12 catches for 105 yards and two touchdowns in seven regular season games.
