As expected Bruins coach Bruce Cassidy shook up his lineup for Game 6 of the Eastern Conference first round at Toronto on Sunday, with the Bruins facing elimination.

Rookie Karson Kuhlman and veteran Joakim Nordstrom, who were both scratched for Game 5, will be out. David Backes and Chris Wagner will be in.

Backes was benched for the entire third period of Game 5 and played just two shifts in the second period. Although no injury was announced, Wagner had been battling a lower-body injury near the end of the regular season.

The Bruins will keep the same six defenseman from Game 5 in the lineup and Tuukka Rask will start in net.

If the Bruins win Sunday, Game 7 will be Tuesday night at TD Garden.
