Both players, along with backup linebacker Rufus Johnson (illness) were absent again Wednesday as the team held its final walkthrough before the game. Bill Belichick admitted Wednesday that there wasn't much true practice time for the team this week, joking that even his 94-year-old mother Jeannette could've gotten through the work. The bigger story might be Dion Lewis (abdomen), the running back who sat out the win over the Jets on Sunday but is likely a game-time decision on Thursday. Lewis, Keshawn Martin (hamstring), Brandon Bolden (hamstring) and Shaq Mason (knee) were officially listed as limited again on Wednesday and are all questionable.
