As the NBA Trade Deadline draws near and deals are starting to come together, the Celtics have yet to complete a move.

Listen to your team news NOW.

Boston has been linked to Pistons forward Christian Wood, but multiple reports indicate the deal fell through.

Throughout the early stages of trade rumors, the Celtics have been linked to one name more than any: Davis Bertans. The Wizards forward is only making $7 million this year and would provide Boston a long-range shooter off the bench.

But Washington has been reluctant to move Bertans. Though, it turns out they are at least legitimately listening to offers — because they’ve set an asking price.

According to Kevin O’Connor of The Ringer, the Wizards want two first-round picks. The Celtics, who are still in on Bertans, have three 2020 first-round selections at their disposal.
