But Tatum was not able to stay on the floor for the closing seconds off the game after he suffered an injury on his coast-to-coast play. He was helped off the floor by Team USA coaches after he hurt his left ankle.

According to the broadcast, Tatum did not leave for the locker room after the play. He was receiving treatment from Team USA trainers in the nearby tunnel.

Brian Windhorst of ESPN is reporting it's a sprained ankle and Tatum will be re-evaluated on Wednesday.

Tatum finished 11 points on 3 of 11 shooting. He went 5-for-6 from the free-throw line and missed all three three-pointers he took. He also had 11 rebounds, three assists, two steals and two blocks.

Kemba Walker also had some important plays down the stretch. With Team USA down five in the overtime period, Walker drained a stepback three, then drilled another stepback from the elbow. Later, on the defensive end, he drew a charge, as well. Walker finished with 14 points on 5-for-14 shooting (3-for-8 from three and 1-for-2 from the line). He also had seven assists and three steals.

Marcus Smart took two threes and made one. He also hit his two free-throw attempts.

UPDATE: According to Windhorst, Tatum said he is already feeling better and left the arena without a bad limp.
