This whole “no live sports” thing is getting tiresome.

Listen to your team news NOW.

If you haven’t lost all hope and resorted to books with no pictures, I’ve got viewing options to get you through the self-quarantine. Use them however you see fit: as a guide, a jumping-off point or even a gauge of what you should socially distance yourself from. Whatever helps.

Here are some ideas for Friday, March 27:

The Netflix Original docuseries Tiger King has taken the internet by storm and is now the top-ranked piece of content on the streaming service.

Here’s the synopsis:

“A zoo owner spirals out of control amid a cast of eccentric characters in this true murder-for-hire story from the underworld of big cat breeding.”

Haven’t seen it myself, but everyone seems to be cruising through it. Seven episodes, 41-48 minutes apiece. (Doesn’t sound family-friendly in the least.)

If you’re looking for something a little lighter than Tiger King, check out Goon: Last of the Enforcers. (Still rated R.) Not exactly an Academy Award-winning type of film. What you see in the title is what you get in the movie. Plus, it’s got Sean Williams Scott in it, so you know you’ll get a few good laughs.

Classic Red Sox, Celtics and Bruins games will be aired tonight starting at 6 p.m.

NESN has Game 3 of the 2013 ALCS on at 6 p.m. followed by Game 4 of the 2011 NHL Eastern Conference Finals.

NBC Sports Boston will broadcast the Celtics’ Game 6 win in the 2008 NBA Finals at 7 p.m.

In case you’re in for a good hockey fight but don’t want to commit an hour and 41 minutes of your time to watching Goon: Last of the Enforcers, here’s a highlight reel of Shawn Thronton fights:
