Red Sox lineup: Jacoby Ellsbury gets day off

Jacoby Ellsbury is out of the lineup for the Red Sox for game two of their four-game set against the Rays. Stephen Drew, Jarrod Saltalamacchia and Daniel Nava all return to the lineup for the Sox, while Jonny Gomes gets the night off after two consecutive starts. Jon Lester (8-6, 4.58) will make his first start of the second half after his start against the Yankees was pushed back for extra rest. Lester is 1-1 against the Rays this season with a 4.82 ERA. He's allowed 10 runs over 18.2 innings in his three starts against Tampa this season with opponentsp hitting .284 off of Lester. Roberto Hernandez (5-10, 4.90) gets the ball for the second place Rays. Hernandez has struggled as of late, posting a 4.66 ERA in his last 10 starts.
