Dustin Pedroia sits on Saturday after leaving Friday's contest with a right hand contusion. Pedroia suffered the injury while receiving a throw on a Wil Myers stolen base attempt. Jonathan Herrera starts at second base for the Red Sox, making his first start since May 11 and his third in the month of May. Rubby De La Rosa takes the mound for the Red Sox, making his first career start for the organization since being acquired from the Dodgers in the deal that sent Adrian Gonzalez, Carl Crawford, Josh Beckett and Nick Punto to Los Angeles.
