MINNEAPOLIS -- Monday, Major League Baseball took a big step forward toward deciding home field advantage in the World Series. Both All-Star managers -- John Farrell of the American League, and the National League's Mike Matheny -- took to the podium at the Hyatt Regency Minneapolis to announce their starting pitchers and lineups.
