BALTIMORE -- Who says baseball players aren't political?

There was plenty of praise heading Jackie Bradley Jr.'s way after what he did during the Red Sox' 10-8, 11-inning win over the Orioles Monday night. But it was Joe Kelly who offered the most unique round of applause.

Bradley Jr. made another incredible play, this time gathering in a Pedro Alvarez blast off the center field wall in time to gun down the baserunner at second base. It was one of the key plays in the game considering the scored was deadlocked with two outs in the seventh inning.

The pitcher who was on the mound during the defensive play of the game, Kelly, took to Twitter after the game to show his appreciation. But within the tweet, the pitcher managed to wedge in some current events, specifically referencing the name President Donald Trump recently called North Korean leader Kim Jong Un.
