PHILADELPHIA -- Red Sox manager John Farrell announced Sunday that David Ortiz would get the start at first base over Mike Napoli for Monday afternoon's opener against the Phillies, and he stuck to that when he revealed his lineup Monday morning. Despite the fact that Napoli batted .400 with six home runs and 11 RBIs in the spring while Ortiz was hampered by dehydration and hit just .222, the Sox will go with Ortiz against Phillies left-hander Cole Hamels. Neither Ortiz (0-for-3) nor Napoli (0-for-2) have a hit in limited looks at Hamels. Mookie Betts, who won the center field job over Rusney Castillo, will lead off for the new-look Sox. Here's the lineup: Mookie Betts, CF Dustin Pedroia, 2B David Ortiz, 1B Hanley Ramirez, LF Pablo Sandoval, 3B Shane Victorino, RF Xander Bogaerts, SS Ryan Hanigan, C Clay Buchholz, P For the pitching matchups, click here.
