ST. LOUIS -- Shane Victorino's back has still not cooperated enough to get back in the lineup for Game 5. The outfielder -- who told after Game 4 "this is probably the worst it's been in a while" -- was hopeful he could make a return, but was having trouble executing particular baseball activities as of late Sunday night. Victorino will once again be replaced in right field by Daniel Nava, with Jonny Gomes staying  in left. The only difference from the Sox' Game 5 lineup is that Nava won't be hitting second, with Dustin Pedroia, David Ortiz and Gomes moving up a spot against St. Louis starter Adam Wainwright. The following is the Red Sox lineup: Jacoby Ellsbury CF Dustin Pedroia 2B David Ortiz 1B Jonny Gomes LF Daniel Nava RF Xander Bogaerts 3B Stephen Drew SS David Ross C Jon Lester P For all the matchups, click here.
