CLEVELAND -- Stephen Drew is batting eighth and playing shortstop in his return to the Red Sox. His arrival will result in Xander Bogaerts moving over to play third base for the first time since the World Series. Brock Holt will get his second straight start at first base. A.J. Pierzynski will be behind the plate to work with Red Sox starting pitcher John Lackey. Drew was 2-for-13 in his time with Triple-A Pawtucket, and his timing represents a work in progress.
