MACEO CAMPBELL, PITCHER, LONGWOOD

A redshirt sophomore, the righty's fastball has gotten up to 96 mph. His only game action in 2020 included 14 innings over seven appearances (2 starts), striking out 18 and walking 13. His Twitter bio is of some note: "Future MLB Hall Of Fame Member."

BRIAN VAN BELLE, PITCHER, MIAMI

A starter for the Hurricanes, Van Belle served as a captain in 2020. He emerged as an ace for the Hurricanes, having emerged after undergoing Tommy John surgery his freshman season.

JOSE GARCIA, FIRST BASEMAN/DESIGNATED HITTER/FLORIDA INTERNATIONAL

At 5-foot-11, 225 pounds, Garcia is a legitimate power threat while manning first base, catcher and designated hitter for Florida International. He was originally drafted by the Red Sox in the 38th round in 2017 before going on to hit 25 homers at FIU.

Garcia began his 2020 season going 7-for-12 with six RBIs, two doubles and a home run, finishing his junior campaign by hitting .311 over 14 games.

HENRY NUNEZ RIJO, PITCHER, HIGH SCHOOL

GRAHAM HOFFMAN, PITCHER, SOUTH FLORIDA

Hoffman, a 6-foot-3 redshirt sophomore, missed most of 2019 with Tommy John surgery but came back to make five appearances out of the bullpen for South Florida in 2020. All 18 appearances as a freshman were as a reliever.

JACINTO ARREDONDO, PITCHER, UNIVERSITY OF TAMPA

The Red Sox kicked off the period of signing draft-eligible college players by locking up an interesting reliever.

It was announced on the University of Tampa athletic dept. Twitter account that closer Jacinto Arredondo had signed with the Red Sox.

Arredondo's Tampa team won the Division 2 National Championship in 2019 with the pitcher earning MVP honors for the tournament.

JUAN MONTERO, CATCHER, PUERTO RICO BASEBALL ACADEMY

Montero, who had been committed to Kansas City Community College, is a 5-foot-11, 175-pound catcher.

The right-handed-hitting Montero's pop times have been as good as 1.85 seconds (elite). He has also played some second base.

JORDAN DIVALERIO, PITCHER, ST. JOSEPH'S

The righty pitcher has agreed to join the Red Sox according to Baseball America. In the shortened-2020 season, DiValerio struck out 33 and walked five in 22 innings with St. Joseph's.

JAKE MACKENZIE, INFIELDER, FORDHAM

Baseball America also identified MacKenzie as another Red Sox commitment, with the infielder coming off a 2020 season in which he hit .356 with eight multi-hit games. The season before he started all 62 of the Rams' games at shortstop. The Wallingford, Conn. native was rated by D1Baseball.com as the 26th-ranked Division 1 shortstop coming into 2020.

MacKenzie had a solid season for the Bourne Braves in the Cape Cod Baseball League last summer, hitting .291 with three homers, playing a good amount of left field.
