FOXBORO -- This is the way it should be.

The Patriots and Chiefs are about as healthy as they can be for this time of year, so they should get each other's best come Sunday's AFC title game.

New England didn't have a single player on its injury report Friday, while Kansas City just had one -- linebacker Dorian O'Daniel, who has been ruled out.

Bill Belichick spoke on his team's health earlier on Friday and how having everyone at practice helps a great deal.

"Absolutely, yeah," he said. "Being able to practice, being able to train, being able to string those days and weeks together, yeah, it’s what you want."

The Patriots and Chiefs will meet Sunday night at 6:40 p.m. for the right to represent the AFC in the Super Bowl.
