Appearing on ESPN Wednesday afternoon, Rosenhaus defended Antonio Brown following a lawsuit Tuesday accusing him of sexual assault and rape.

Brown's representation believes it is a "money grab" for the accuser and all sexual relations were consensual.

"I wouldn't be doing this interview if I didn't believe Antonio," Rosenhaus said. "These allegations are false. He denies every one of them. I'm very confident his legal team has facts that will prove this."

The agent said his client will cooperate with the Patriots, the NFL and anything else involving the investigation.

"Please allow the situation to play out," Rosenhaus said. "Antonio will cooperate with the Patriots, with the NFL. ... In time, Antonio will be cleared. ... The claims are untrue."

He added: "I'll repeat this. This is a money grab. I believe this: this is a money grab."

As for if the Patriots knew of these allegations before they signed him, Rosenhaus would not say.

"I am not going to get into that element," he said. "I am not going to get into my discussions with the Patriots on what may or may not have been discussed."

Brown is expected to practice with the Patriots on Wednesday.
