Josh McDaniels isn't exactly a favorite in head-coaching circles after bailing on the Colts at the last minute, and he also isn't a favorite in the agent world, either.

According to ESPN's Dan Graziano, McDaniels' agent, Bob LaMonte, who represents multiple coaches and executives, has terminated his relationship with him after what happened over the last few days when he decided to stay in New England after verbally accepting a head-coaching job in Indy.

It is worth noting LaMonte also represents Colts general manager Chris Ballard.

While McDaniels appears to have a home for a long time, he now needs to find a new agent.
