Following the AFC title game, Arrowhead Stadium and the Chiefs said they would prosecute the man who apparently flashed a laser at Tom Brady during the game and they were right.

According to the AP, Dwyan Morgan, 64, of Lee's Summit, Missouri, faces a single count of disturbing the peace, a municipal violation.

The day after the game, a Kansas City television station showed video of a green laser being shined in the face of Brady.

The Patriots beat the Chiefs 37-31 in overtime to advance to the Super Bowl.
