FOXBORO -- Sunday night at Gillette Stadium will feature two of the best teams in the AFC and also two of the best tight ends in the game in Rob Gronkowski and Travis Kelce.

On a conference call Wednesday, unsurprisingly Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes said Kelce is the best in the NFL.

“On my list I would rank Kelce the best tight end in football," he said. "I know Gronk has been a great tight end for a long time, but I haven’t got to play with Gronk, I have got to play with Kelce. I have never seen anyone be able to do the things he’s done.”

Through five games this season, Gronkowski has 23 catches for 308 yards and a touchdown, while Kelce has 28 catches for 407 yards and four touchdowns.

Many will take this as potential bulletin board material from Mahomes, but what else is he supposed to say?

Nothing to see here.
