One of the biggest stories from the AFC championship game in Kansas City this past January was a man being charged with shining a laser on Tom Brady during the contest.

A Kansas City television station caught the laser being shined on the Patriots quarterback, and then it was tracked to Dwyan Morgan, a 64-year-old who was at the game with his sons. Morgan was cited and the potential charge is up to a year in jail or a $1,000 fine.

Morgan spoke to Inside Edition and said he did it to distract Brady, but didn't think it would go this far while admitting he shouldn't have done it.

But, he wouldn't go as far as apologizing to Brady and the Patriots.

"Nope," he said.
