FOXBOROUGH -- The following Patriots players are inactive for Sunday's game against the Cowboys: cornerback Jason McCourty, wide receiver Mohamed Sanu, quarterback Cody Kessler, offensive lineman Korey Cunningham, wide receiver Phillip Dorsett, running back Damien Harris and tight end Ryan Izzo.

Listen to your team news NOW.

McCourty (groin), Sanu (ankle), Dorsett (concussion) and Harris (hamstring) were all on the injury report listed as questionable. Kessler, Cunningham and Izzo are healthy inactives.

Sanu was a game-time decision, but after a pregame workout was made inactive. It seemed like it went well, but obviously it was not good enough. The Patriots will now have Julian Edelman, N'Keal Harry, Jakobi Meyers and Matthew Slater as active wide receivers.

In the secondary, Joejuan Williams is active with McCourty inactive. Also, Patrick Chung is back after missing last week, and rookie defensive tackle Bryon Cowart is active following being a healthy scratch six times this season.

The Patriots have an extra offensive lineman active with both Jermaine Eluemunor and Marshall Newhouse dressing.
