After not having any joint practices last summer, the Patriots will be holding two this summer.

Listen to your team news NOW.

In addition to having joint sessions in Detroit prior to the first preseason game, the Patriots will have joint practices the following week in Tennessee before the second preseason game against the Titans.

Tennessee officially announced the dates of Aug. 14 and 15 (Wednesday and Thursday) on Tuesday afternoon. They will be from 9:50 a.m.-noon.

The Patriots and Titans will then play the second preseason game that Saturday night at Nissan Stadium.

There's quite a bit of connections between the two teams, including former Patriots linebacker Mike Vrabel being the Titans head coach. Tennessee beat New England, 34-10 last November.
