Following the Patriots' 37-31 overtime win over the Chiefs in the AFC championship, there was an emotional embrace between Tom Brady and Bill Belichick on the field.

Cameras caught Belichick telling Brady he loved him and the quarterback telling him he loved him back.

Appearing on Mut & Callahan Monday, Brady was asked about the exchange.

“We’ve always got along great," he said. "We’ve worked together for 19 years. We’ve had the same goals in mind for 19 years and he’s been just a great, great mentor in my life. A great coach. He’s taught me more than anyone ever could about the game of football and I have just always loved playing here and playing for him. He’s the greatest coach of all-time and we’ve had some incredible moments together.”

It certainly seems their relationship is a lot better than what was reported a year ago.
