FOXBORO -- It appears it may be more than just Brian Flores going to Miami.

According to Omar Kelly of the Sun Sentinel, the Dolphins will attempt to hire Patriots wide receivers coach Chad O’Shea as offensive coordinator. O'Shea has been the Patriots' wide receivers coach since 2009 and was reportedly going to be the Patriots' OC if Josh McDaniels departed for Indianapolis last year.

Flores reportedly met with the Dolphins Wednesday night to go over his staff. His hire as well as any coaches cannot become official until after the Super Bowl.

The de facto Patriots defensive coordinator is also reportedly hiring former Colts and Lions coach Jim Caldwell as his assistant head coach and Packers linebackers coach Patrick Graham as his defensive coordinator.

Graham spent time in New England a few years back.

O'Shea may have had one of his best seasons as a coach with all the different receivers he's had to work with and incorporate into the offense.
