The Patriots made a few roster moves on Monday, including officially signing two veterans.

Although already reported, the team officially signed wide receiver Dontrelle Inman and offensive tackle Jared Veldheer. To make room for both players, offensive tackle Calvin Anderson and wide receiver Xavier Ubosi were released. Both were UDFA's.

Veldheer has played in 118 regular-season games with 113 starts. He's started games at left tackle, right tackle and center during his career. Last season with Denver he started 12 games at right tackle.

Inman has played in 58 NFL regular-season games and totaled 158 receptions for 2,101 yards and 11 touchdowns. His best season came with the Chargers in 2016 when he caught 58 passes for 810 yards and four touchdowns. After signing with the Colts in the middle of last season, he played in nine regular-season games and caught 28 passes for 304 yards and three touchdowns.

Both players should compete for roster spots during training camp.
