The McCourty twins will have at least another year together on the same team.

According to multiple reports, Jason McCourty will return to the Patriots on a two-year deal. The cornerback won a Super Bowl in his first season with the Patriots and his first playing with his twin brother Devin. This move wasn't a huge surprise given how good the fit was last year, but given his experience he received some interest across the league.

Jason played in 16 games last year and finished with 70 tackles and an interception. Next season will be his 11th NFL season.

Following Eric Rowe departing for Miami, the Patriots needed to make sure they had depth at the position, and this could be just what they need. On top of Jason, the Patriots have Stephon Gilmore, J.C. Jackson, Jonathan Jones, Duke Dawson and Keion Crossen at corner.

Jason will be 32 years old when the season starts, and Devin will be a free agent after this season.
