Fantasy football drafts aren't for quite awhile, but James White has some advice for owners come the summer.

“Pick me, can’t go wrong,” White said with a smile when speaking to reporters at Gillette Stadium on Thursday.

The question came following it being noted he received more attention on a national level last year when he was one of the best running backs in all of fantasy football. White caught 87 passes for 751 yards and seven touchdowns, while also adding four touchdowns on the ground.

“Yeah, you definitely see it, especially with social media,” White said. “I mean, most of your interactions are going to be a lot about fantasy football. It is cool, though. It gets the fans involved. They’re passionate about it, and it gets more views for the NFL, I guess.”

The Wisconsin product admitted he's never played himself, but he does have some experience.

“My wife played in college,” White said. “I kind of helped her win a championship.”

White should have a similar role again this season, catching a ton of passes out of the backfield.
