Despite not being able to work out together at the Gillette Stadium facility with the rest of their teammates due to COVID-19, it appears Jarrett Stidham and Julian Edelman are doing what they can to build chemistry for the upcoming season.

According to ESPN's Mike Reiss, Stidham and Edelman have been seeing each other almost every day.

This is obviously a good sign for the upcoming season as it seems likely Stidham will be the starting quarterback and he will need to have some chemistry with the Patriots' No. 1 wide receiver.

Edelman is coming off one of his best seasons last year when he finished with 100 catches for 1,117 yards and six touchdowns.

With no real other receiving threats, it's likely opponents will double-team Edelman on a number of plays, so it will be interesting to see if he can continue to have the same production as last year with Stidham as his quarterback, as well as now being 34 years old.
