ATLANTA -- The following Patriots players are inactive for Super Bowl LIII: tight end Stephen Anderson, cornerback Duke Dawson, offensive lineman James Ferentz, defensive lineman Ufomba Kamalu, safety Obi Melifonwu, defensive end Derek Rivers and defensive end Keionta Davis.

There are no real surprises in this group and all players are healthy scratches since there were no players on Friday's injury report.

This means Adrian Clayborn, Deatrich Wise and Danny Shelton are active. Both Shelton and Wise were inactive for the AFC title game, which says the Patriots are committed to stopping the run unlike in Kansas City where the focus was on stopping the passing game.

Kickoff is set for 6:30 p.m.
