It didn't take long for a few former Patriots players to find new teams.

On Sunday, the Bills claimed undrafted rookie punter Corey Bojorquez and also cornerback Ryan Lewis off waivers, and then the Texans claimed safety A.J. Moore. In addition, Cyrus Jones joined the Ravens’ practice squad. Besides those three, veteran running back Mike Gillislee signed with the Saints.

It wasn't much of a surprise the Bills claimed two players released by the Patriots, as they have done it before, including last year with tackle Conor McDermott.

Lewis wasn't in the running to make the Patriots' roster, so it will be interesting to see how the Bills use him. The same goes for Moore in Houston, who could be more of a special teams player. As for Bojorquez, he didn't appear in a single preseason game, perhaps to avoid exposing him to other teams, but apparently the Bills became aware of his strong leg.

While Jones isn't on the Ravens' active roster, it seems like a good spot for him given he grew up in the Baltimore area. Meanwhile, Gillislee won't have a huge role in New Orleans, but he has the potential to be a quality back up.

New England did claim two players of its own Sunday in wide receivers Amara Darboh and Chad Hansen.
