Patriots sign 7 players to futures contracts

The Patriots got a head start on 2020 by signing a few players to futures contracts on Monday.

Those players were:  wide receiver Quincy Adeboyejo,  linebacker Terez Hall, defensive back Obi Melifonwu, defensive back Adarius Pickett, wide receiver Devin Ross, defensive lineman Nick Thurman and offensive lineman Najee Toran.

All players finished the year on the Patriots' practice squad.

Melifonwu and Hall are the biggest names and all of them will likely compete for a roster spot next summer.
