Julian Edelman reportedly will have 2 offseason procedures

It was very clear Julian Edelman was playing through numerous injuries over the course of the 2019 season, and two of them will require offseason procedures.

According to Karen Guregian of the Boston Herald, Edelman will have his left shoulder surgicially repaired after playing with a separated AC joint, and then his left knee will get a scope to identify the complete issue and help remove a loose body.

The wide receiver was on the injury report almost every week, but still did not miss a single game.

Edelman finished the season with 100 catches for 1,117 yards and six touchdowns. The 1,117 yards were a career-high.

The 33-year-old is signed through 2021.
