Patriots talk to new dad Kyle Van Noy in locker room on phone after Sunday's win

Patriots linebacker Kyle Van Noy missed Sunday's game against the Steelers due to the birth of he and his wife Marissa's first child, Trae Ledgend Van Noy.

That didn't keep him from watching the game, as he was live-tweeting, and then he made an appearance in the locker room afterwards on what looked like FaceTime.

Courtesy of, Bill Belichick is shown holding up a phone with Van Noy on the line and he said to the team, “New addition to the family.”

Belichick also praised the team for the way they played in the 33-3 win.

“That is a good start," he said. "This is the way to play complimentary football for 60 minutes. Really good job. We had a good week of practice. We were ready to go. Played like it. We have to do the same thing this week. Play like that every week — have good execution next Sunday in Miami. We have a big challenge ahead of us there. Nice job, fellas. Congratulations.”
