Baseball is back beginning July 24 for the Red Sox.

On Monday night, Major League Baseball released the schedule for the 2020 season, which will be a 60-game slate and regionally based. This means the Red Sox will play games against the AL East and NL East to limit travel.

Also, teams will have six off-days between the start of the season and the end of the regular season, which is set for Sept. 27.

The Red Sox will open July 24 at home against the Orioles at 7:30 p.m. Following that series, they will host the Mets for two games and then go on a seven-game road trip taking on the Mets, Yankees and Rays.

Some other highlights include playing the Yankees 10 times, but only three of the games being at Fenway Park, and also closing the year with 12 of the last 18 games on the road.
